Hi! I'm Laurie. I love clothes but most of all I like recycled clothing, it’s the absolute best! I am 43 and have two rare spinal diseases. Spinal Bifida Occulta & Tethered Spinal Cord Syndrome. In a ton of torturous pain in me tailbone & legs these days so I can’t do a whole lot. I am also an artist and make paintings using various paints and methods.

shoppespot CONTINUED: I don’t have either and gosh gain so sorry. I can relate to pain as I’ve been trying to get diagnosed with something I cannot even describe the pain - I cry most days it hurts so bad. It’s only on my left side... so many tests and dr’s and still in process. I wish you well & seems like you’re so positive which I’m struggling with ... Jodi ❤️

misslalalaurie @shoppespot I am so sorry to hear you have been having some medical issues that are not resolved at the time. I know how frustrating that can be. My spinal diseases are both pretty rare but I found a support group on Facebook for it this past year, they weren’t available 19 years ago when I was battling this.

misslalalaurie @shoppespot It is such a great thing because it helps me not feel so alone and I see my symptoms, although frightening and unbelievable painful, others with these diseases experience the same things, symptoms and frustration with doctors, specialist and surgeons. If you ever need someone to talk to I am here and can give me email or number you could text if you’d like as well.

misslalalaurie @shoppespot I know dealing with medical issues are pretty much a nightmare and it’s taken me a lot of therapy, counseling/psychiatrist and life coaching to get to where I am and I still struggle with being positive. But I have learned some things and would gladly share them if you’d like. 🙂

Most things smell like they’re from a thrift store or have that stored away type smell (know what I mean?) but the sweater you sent had obviously just been washed before you sent it, it seriously smelled soooo good! ☺️
