lauriea2002 @lookfeelgood I stopped by the post office today & apparently the package is lost. They told me to go online to make a claim. So I am not sure how to go about this......you paid for the shipping but I have not been paid for the item. Is there insurance on the package? I think you have to wait 15 days until a claim can be made. Let me know what you think.

Our records show that this order was shipped on 3/2. There may be an issue with USPS routing that is causing a delay in shipping. Rest assured, we will provide you with a tracking update on the Order Details page as soon as we receive additional information from USPS.

lauriea2002 @lookfeelgood In the event that we have not provided any additional updates by 3/20, simply respond directly to this email and a member of the Poshmark team will assist with next steps. We can assure you we have a solution in place in the event that there are no further tracking updates! So I guess we wait until the 20th and if the package doesn't show up then we can proceed. I packed your item today and have it ready to go to the post office in the morning when I went back and checked the listing and noticed a typo in the measurements. The length of the bag is only 10'........big difference from the 25" that is stated in the listing., I am so glad I caught that. Please let me know if you would like to cancel the purchase, my apologies.

lauriea2002 @kayleyrose5 I am a HUGE animal lover but of course very partial to dogs. The breed is Bolognese like the sauce, an Italian Bichon Frise. Their names are Giorgio & Lola they have the same father but different mothers they are about 2 days apart and they are 3 years old. My closet is just my personal stuff that I don't wear anymore.
