cmerting1 Good afternoon. I purchased a RH euro sham from you. We just got back in town and I opened the package. I love the euro but there are two stains on it. The ad said brand new. One appears to be a lipstick stain and the other a dirt stain. Let me know please. My name is Courtney

lucyleo1 Hi Courtney, so sorry, I did not see this message from you until now. I apologize, the euro sham was never used, but it was re-packaged so I'm not sure if it was stained during the handling. I did not notice it but I could have missed it. Please return it and I will give you a full refund.
