suzannesj Hi thanks for your purchase of the candles! I try to always package them extra careful. I am so sorry 1 of them got chipped. In the future please report it to Poshmark if you feel it was wrapped well enough and had enough bubble wrap etc. Stickers on the box and so on. Poshmark has insurance on our packages in cases of things like this happening. In a case like this neither one of us would lose our money. Happy Future Poshing!😊
