rubytuesdaychic @cparkersmith Called the post office AGAIN today and still not helpful at all. I got the same response -- they are not scanning at the post office that received the package but only scanning at either the main distribution center in Chicago or at the destination city. I explained that it's been a week since I dropped it off. He said I can't do anything until 30 days.

cparkersmith it's okay. I couldn't find the original page and how to message there. I"m not very experienced with poshmark. anyway, hopefully it will arrive when it arrives. it's no worries. everyone is having these issues.

rubytuesdaychic @cparkersmith Hope you're having a Merry Xmas. I reached out to Poshmark yesterday and they have determined it is a lost package and will be refunding your money. I'm so sorry this happened especially since it is such a cute pillow. And thanks so much for your understanding.

cparkersmith I received a package new year's eve. I thought it was shipment from Chewy. lol! I feel terrible. Did you still get your money, or did they take it back from you?

rubytuesdaychic @cparkersmith I can't believe it!! It never tracked at all until it was delivered. Poshmark did give me the money and marked the sale as lost by USPS. I'm so glad you got it. I'm not sure if Poshmark will do any follow up with you. Hope you enjoy the pillow and it arrived in good shape after its long journey!!!
