emmagwicks Laurisa, I am so so sorry that you are unhappy with the shorts. I totally forgot to add in the description that the tag was cut out (it kept flipping up when I wore it) I definitely only wear a medium in American Apparel though, so I'm unsure why it wouldn't fit true to siZe for you. If you'd like, we can definitely do a return through posh. Or you can pick something else out of my closet and I can ship it to you. Whatever can make you happy. I feel so bad that you aren't! :(

emmagwicks So posh just responded to me. They said that because you accepted the item and it's been sold for more than 3 days, unfortunately posh can't do returns. But if you reach out to posh and email them, they might be able to help you out because I didn't say the tag was missing in the description. So if you email them, you might be able to get money back!
