They also don’t release the funds to you until they are shipped and received

@carissaweg check your email linked to your Poshmark account. They send you an email with an attachment, which is the shipping label. After I receive the short, I will accept them and then they release the funds to you. Let me know if you have any more questions if you can’t find them on the site. Thank you
