Happy you loved your dress. Sorry you weren’t happy about the casual dress you ordered. Not sure why it smelled a bit like smoke, as we are a non smoking house, the only thing I can think of is that we do live in Northern California and had two weeks of Smoky, hazardous air that may have had an effect on it.

Hi there. You bought 2 pair of Patricia Nash earrings from me on the 22nd. I arrived home that night, wrapped and shipped them the next morning from zip 97756 , my local PO. I don’t understand why shipping info has not shown yet but this Happened once before and before the shipping info was available the package arrived at her house. So please just look for the package it’s in a small today ship USPS box. Sorry for what appears to be a delay

Hi, I’m sorry to see that u are unsatisfied with your purchase. I wear a size 6, so the ring is a size six bc that’s what I ordered from Heidi Daus. U did have the option to not accept the ring, upon your inspection, bc it didn’t fit u correctly, and send it back to me. I have always described the jewelry I sell honestly.

@lizradke22 I wear a six on my ring finger and a seven on my right hand. It fits my right hand. I am keeping the ring. I was purchasing it for my ring finger. I was disappointed that it did not fit the hand I purchased it for.
