lavernetarvin I can not afford the shipping fee to return it. I am sorry that my comments impacted you so, but I call it as I see it. The hat does not have any type of support around the seam of the brim. It looks as if the support was removed and the seams was just laying there open. You had to have it stuffed when you displayed it on the head stand. It just was not right for the money I paid. If you look at my "purchase history", you will see that I have made numerous purchases on this site.

reneeaissance I was sorry to hear you were not happy with your jacket. I wish you had contacted me first - I would have just told you to decline it and send it back for refund. No problem. I always prefer customers to be happy with their purchase than make a dollar. The “wrinkles from my elbow” were probably from when it was folded in the box. This was not a NWT item so it has been worn before although not lately and was cleaned before being sent.

I"m NOT trying to be mean because I shop on poshmark all the time... this is the second time this has happened to me... and besides sending it back would have cost me MORE MONEY !

Just want you to know for the future that part of the PoshMark guarantee is that if you decline the merchandise and alert the company once your claim is approved they send you a label to mail the item back to the seller for free and refund your money once the item is returned. No out of pocket expense to you. I hope you have a happy holiday if you celebrate and that this info is helpful.

I responded to your measurement request promptly and correctly measured shoe height the way it is done by most shoe retailers. If you would have liked a specific measurement in another way I would have gladly done that for you, I do hope you appreciate that I did give you fast shipping, careful packaging, and good overall service.

lavernetarvin @ninascloset99 lady you are still telling lies! you said you measured the shoe it's no way you could have measured the shoe. you said the shoe measured 3.50 inches the heel on that shoe measures 4 inches that's a hell of a big difference for a shoe heel and this you know!
