onegreatchef09 @kjjewels not on here much. Been waiting for the boots. I see you sent the wrong ones, but it says they were delivered today and they are no where to be found. My son has been home and no package. So? I want my boots that I paid for please. You can file a missing mail claim for the others. I have asked neighbors and no one has a package. I will check here tomorrow. Please tell me you have mailed my boots? Thank you.

kbenztrendz @onegreatchef09 Based on tracking, in the system... (see status), It states that your correct boots, were delivered to your address, on yesterday... pending acceptance. I would advise you to check with your postal office, and see if they still have them. I will try and track them and see what happened. In terms of the first pair, I’m filing a missing report. KJJ

onegreatchef09 @kjjewels Hi. The boots say they arrived but are not here. Our postman always puts stuff in the same place on the porch. I will call the local office in the morning. None of the neighbors have the package my son asked last night. I am a bit confused as you indicated you sent a box with the wrong pair and that you will send the correct ones. Was there in fact 2 boxes sent?

kbenztrendz @onegreatchef09 Yes... two were sent. Trying to track the first pair. The pair that was supposedly, delivered to you, on yesterday, were indeed, the correct pair. I hope that they are at your post office, since it states that they were delivered, to your address, on yesterday... in the tracking system.

onegreatchef09 @kjjewels Met with the postal manager today. My normal carrier is on vacay, the sub did deliver the box in the vicinity as her scan shows. He is supposed to interview her tonite and call me tomorrow because clearly she dropped it somewhere else. My son went to homes in our side and no one has it. Unless the carrier knows what she did with it and then get it back? Not looking good. So, did you insure it? Give me the details so I have them for the manager if you would.

kbenztrendz @onegreatchef09 The Boots were not insured. I’ve never had to insure pkgs... and have never had problems, but I will from now on. You can forward the other boots back to me. If there is s fee, let me know... and I will reimburse you. Thx

kbenztrendz @onegreatchef09 I can only apologize... there is s problem, under investigation with the post office that I used. Yes... the first error was on my end... using additional help, but they are trying to find out how my pkg... or labels may have been switched... they have been having this issue... not sure how. Your pkg was sent to another person. Working with Posh to just refund your money. Sorry for the inconvenience.
