Once a transaction is completed/made, I cannot alter it or the price. You need to click on your purchases (if your on a phone, it’s under your name on the last tab on the bottom right), go under my purchases, and then cancel from there. Then send the other offer with the size 8 for $47 using the offer button on my listing and I can accept it for the lower price. Does that help?!? 😉
