Hi there. Thank you for your purchase of the high top shoes today. I’m sorry but after double checking the size of these shoes, they are 8.5 not 11.5. I am afraid I am going to have to cancel your order unless you are still wanting them. Not sure how the size got so wrong. They are my teenage daughter’s shoes and I never questioned the size she told me until I started wrapping them to ship out. Please let me know if you want me to cancel. I’m very sorry. Thank you
