kelli_amis Hi Layla, I received my AB Shadow Palette. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough packing material to keep the box from moving around. One of the shadows completely crumbled and mixed in with the other colors in the pallet. I contacted Posh for direction. Im not sure what our options are. I’ve never received anything damaged. I can still use it, but not at full price. I’ll need to clean up the colors, losing some of the shadows even done gently.

kelli_amis @layla7679 Oh Layla, Please forgive me. It was another ABH palette. Your Soft Glam arrived in mint condition. I’ll contact Posh regarding my question. That’s no big deal. I didn’t file a complaint; just asked about options. I just marked it as received, so your payment will be released. I also left you a glowing review. Again, I’m very sorry for the mix up!! 🙏

kelli_amis @layla7679 Oh Layla, your going to kill me. I thought you sold me the Renaissance Palette. It’s fine. The Soft Glam pallet arrived damaged. I’m more than happy to send you pictures. It’s a mess. One of the darker top colors crumbled completely and got all over the place. The mirror is chipped. The a box used for shipping has a dent at the top. I feel terrible. I bought three palettes. The other two were sent in padded envelopes wrapped in bubble wrap. Where would you like me to send pictures?

kelli_amis Please let me know how you’d like to proceed. I’m willing to work with you. I can’t see paying 30 plus (including shipping). Sultry is one of the main colors I use. If it had been a color I don’t wear, I probably wouldn’t have bothered you with it.
