kissmysass118 @uwantitigotit thank you! Ughhhh the answer I never wanted to hear lol. Eat healthier and exercise. I had a horrible soda and fast food addiction. I only ate like once a day after work at which point I was starving and I never made time for myself.

kissmysass118 @uwantitigotit So I went cold turkey on soda and fast food. Emptied the kitchen of crap. Made a routine of breafast, lunch, snack, dinner. Never ate after 8pm. And a workout dvd every morning before work so i couldnt complain of the weather.

kissmysass118 @uwantitigotit thank you! Its still a daily struggle with food and trying to stay on track but once I felt that amazing feeling of fitting into a smaller size it became my new addiction.
