leacc1026 @aes1582 hey there! I apologize for the late response, I was traveling and sick afterwards. The bag is lovely but I expected a brighter pink from the pictures, but it is actually a soft pink color. I inquired about a return per poshmark instructions and didn't hear back for weeks! I finally got a response but it was clear the person didn't read my email. I replied and haven't heard back since...which is kind of concerning.

leacc1026 @aes1582 i didn't want to complain or give a lower rating so I've just been waiting to hear back and know what to do. That's the only reason I didn't rate. I didn't want anything to hinder your status.

aes1582 I appreciate you regarding the rating. I have purchased items that I thought were different than when I received but I have always given good ratings as long as the item was as described.

leacc1026 @aes1582 they asked for my tracking number and warned me they may not be able to help me in the future if I mailed on my own...which I did not do. It's still in the box it came in. I simply reached out to know what i was supposed to do.

aes1582 @leacc1026 If it happens again you can go to the problems section and take a pic and add a comment. I have only had to do this once and I had a response immediately and the seller also left a response and we were able to work it out. I don’t want you to be unhappy with your bag:( If you want to return it we can do that.

aes1582 @leacc1026 Hi, I have never done a return transaction. I do not do transactions off Poshmark so they will have to provide guidance. I will send an inquiry and you can as well. The other alternative is for you to sell the purse on Posh:) let me know what you find out and I will as well!
