charlotteretro Hello. You stated the bag you received was larger than stated/pictured. Did you read the measurements? The ones I provided were approximate and seam to seam. I accepted an offer on the bag. Its worth much more. I would be happy to accept your return. Simply open a claim. Im a 5 star seller. Luckily your 3 stars rating didnt affect my reputation or status and I still have 5 stars.

jesse_lea @charlotteretro I stated it was smaller than the photo on the listing. Which is accurate by what I received. I did not look at the measurements, I should have so that’s my fault but the purse is still cute!
