leaann71 @mzcubs yes unfortunately that pic was taken a few months after he passed away suddenly and they honored him with scout of the year at that game! And our whole family got to go in the field and my nephew got to though out the first pitch a lefty! It was awesome!

leaann71 @mzcubs thanks! Yes me too! My dad played with the Astros and expos when I was a baby as a relief pitcher but I don't remember it! But it's nice to hear my mom talk about all the stories! He played with the Astros the year when they changed names from the colt 45s! Been around baseball all my life.

leaann71 @mzcubs yep! Went to a game there last year and sat behind the Mariners dugout when the Astros played them! Neat but the astrodome was a sight to see back in the day!
