moolett Both zippers were in perfect condition when they left my home. I checked them both.

leahcatherine85 @moolett I just opened the package from my office last night, and as soon as I put them on, one zipper would zip up but then split open. I tried a couple times to make sure it wasn't a fluke, but one doesn't work properly. I can't wear them like that so just left them in the box.

leahcatherine85 @moolett I'm happy to return them and can promise you I haven't worn them anywhere, because I can't with that zipper issue. I also have skinny legs so I don't think that that would be the problem - there's no contact.

leahcatherine85 @lcmbylizzie Hi! Sorry, I've never had this happen before either. It's my work address but I guess maybe by chance they never arrived on Saturdays? I can't get it delivered to my home address because I don't have a doorman, and it's not secure to have it left outside the main entrance.

leahcatherine85 For sure, apologies! I'm not sure why they didn't hold it - I'm sure mail comes in for my job on the weekends as well - it's a huge office building. I'll let you know if I don't get it Monday, and I'm happy to pay you for shipping again if it does come back to you and hopefully we can arrange so it doesn't arrive on a weekend (or I can have you send it to a friend's address who does have a doorman). lizzielizcmb The post office cannot say they delivered a package when they did not. Your package has been delivered to your place of deliverance. I'm not sure what's going on with your place of work. I have never had this issue.
