(Continues) did offer a shipping discount and you accepted the item as is. I did not make a profit off of this item. This was more over a sale as I only profited $2.25 from this sale. However I do this for a hobby, your item was as described, wrapped, ribboned, personal thank you card, and a free item/gift. Your gift had more of a value than my profit. I’m very sorry your not satisfied but have you thought about why your really not satisfied?

@cdendy I appreciate your time to explain. I happy with the item and thankful for the gift as you most certainly did not have to do so. I was fully aware of the disclaimer on this item. However, I must admit, I was quite surprised at the smell of the item upon receipt.

I am more than happy to adjust my rating if all at possible considering you took your time to explain.
