I am sorry I miss understood you, as I explained over at my closet. Poshmark has changed because of their wholesale portal. Even though, many of us have done wholesale previous or sell brand new items.

mpp2108 @leahechka I understand what u r saying concerning buying something with a stone missing. My item is new and should not have stones missing. But I should check carefully anyway. If a seller is selling something with a stone knowingly missing, the seller needs to describe that in the description. Maybe the seller wouldn't be aware something was missing and it is an honest mistake.

mpp2108 @leahechka there is a policy somewhere about not getting the product as described. I don't know where you find the policy but I know they have it because I had buyers report me for really stupid, not true things that eventually I was okayed on because the truth came out. But, sometimes as a seller we can miss something. It is to protect the buyer. I always want to protect the buyer, so I would make sure with Poshmark's knowledge that the buyer get reimbursed.

mpp2108 @leahechka but besides all that craziness, the buying and selling process works without difficulty. I don't want u to think negative about it. You really get to meet great people and learn so much. I felt horrible when I realized you are so new. It is imp to help new people along. Especially if u r thinking of selling. We all need to support each other.

mpp2108 @leahechka have you gotten this item yet? Poshmark doesn't real ease money unless you click that u get the product. Let me see if I can find any info about this.

mpp2108 @leahechka Have u received this above product or have you gotten refunded? If not, you need to notify Poshmark. In the area that states you purchased it & it was shipped there is a link to report a problem. If the money was taken out of your account, Poshmark has a record of all of the transactions. You can also get to that. Let me know what happened. Poshmark has never released money to me unless I say I received a package. But sometimes strange things can happen. Let me know.

leahechka @mpp2108 hi, yes I received full refund for the item because poshmark tried to contact the seller and they couldn't get hold of them so they refunded the money. Thank you so on much for all ur help!!

raye_nichole Omg I'm so distraught over this I'm shaking all over 6 bucks . you opened a case against me ??? What did I do wrong ? Such a cute jacket I'm physically sick to my stomach .
