meghanmcginnis_ Hello! I saw you purchased a Lululemon bundle from “Brynn Redding” and was wondering if you received it yet? I’m having issues communicating with her and I’ve seen no sign of my order even being shipped. She keeps deleting my comments when I ask her about my order.

msphillips2u @meghanmcginnis_ hey! I had the same issue and she sent the items the last day before you can report it. I think Poshmark gives the seller 7 days to ship then the buyer can cancel the order. BTW, I really didn’t like what I got. I received one pair of neon pink leggings and a head band 😐.

meghanmcginnis_ @msphillips2u Oh my goodness, no way! Did you request specific items/colors? I can’t believe you would pay $60 for pants and a headband. I would honestly report the issue to Poshmark, that is not what you were expecting I’m sure. I’ve talked to other people who are going to report her as well because she hasn’t sent their items. Did you contact her after receiving them to tell her you didn’t think it was worth $60?

msphillips2u @meghanmcginnis_ I haven’t said anything. I did request leggings and a sports bra, at least. I didn’t specify the color. I will definitely report her but I didn’t think it would be valid because she said 2-3 items and it could be accessories... so idk. But maybe I should.

meghanmcginnis_ @msphillips2u I think it’s worth trying at least. Especially since she was so difficult to communicate with and since other people have reported her as well. Poshmark may be willing to credit you back some or remove her from selling. I’m sorry you went through that!

This what my first purchasing a mystery box so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Have you purchased one before? Is it usually old and outdated items? I’m pretty sure these leggings are old.

meghanmcginnis_ @msphillips2u I never have purchased one before, but the pictures in listing are misleading because they are pictures or new clothes. I saw the leggings listed on your account and they definitely look old, she probably honestly bought them at a thrift store or something.

msphillips2u @meghanmcginnis_ that’s what I was thinking. I’ve never seen that color in the store! I’ve also taking it off my page because I wasn’t getting any buyers from them. No one wants them. I also think it’s gross to share head bands. 🤦🏽‍♀️

meghanmcginnis_ @msphillips2u Definitely! It’s super disappointing all around. Can you leave a review? I don’t really know how it works. I know you can leave a “love note” on her page and you could share your bad experience to warn others? I just wonder if she is capable of deleting them because she currently has no reviews or bad comments or love notes or anything.

msphillips2u @meghanmcginnis_ she must be able to delete them, just like she deleted all of the comments. It’s very sad! But I was wondering how people were making money from this! And it’s definitely through thrifting. I’m glad you made that point.

meghanmcginnis_ @msphillips2u Yeah she is monitoring the comments and deleting them for sure. I think you should report her in general to Poshmark and explain all of this like I did. I don’t really have an issue with people thrifting items and reselling them on here, but just post a picture of the item and be upfront about what it is! Don’t list it as a mystery box so that people don’t know they are buying used, thrift store, outdated clothing.

meghanmcginnis_ @msphillips2u She sent me cropped, old, pink/red super cropped leggings with no tag on them and a headband. After I requested no cropped items, neutral colors, and no accessories. I opened a claim against her and now she’s arguing with me saying she “doesn’t guarantee to meet any item requests because it’s a mystery box.” I’m so frustrated. These items couldn’t have cost more than $20 at whichever thrift store she bought them from.

msphillips2u @meghanmcginnis_ yeah I agree with you on that. I opened a claim and she promised to exchange it after I closed the claim but I haven’t heard anything else. She was adamant about me closing the claim so I did... but now nothing. I’m going to message her again. I have screen shots of everything just in case she deletes it all again.

meghanmcginnis_ @msphillips2u That means she blocked you, she did that to me too. Open another claim or contact Poshmark customer service. The more people who do the more seriously Poshmark will take it hopefully. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this too!

msphillips2u @meghanmcginnis_ wow! This is terrible... yes we have to keep complaining. I just submitted another complaint because I couldn’t open the claim again. She’s already received the money. I thought it was weird when she wanted me to close the claim but didn’t state that in the claim but in a bundle. Terrible.

meghanmcginnis_ @msphillips2u She started commenting in the claim telling my that she blocked me because I was commenting on her posts and “making her business look bad.” And then she said she didn’t guarantee I would receive anything specific and so she’s not refunding me because she sent me Lulu items like her post said.

meghanmcginnis_ @msphillips2u I hope so too. As a seller, even if I sent my buyer exactly what they ordered, if they didn’t like it I’d let them return it and sell it to someone else. But I guess I care about happy buyers and she does not.

msphillips2u @meghanmcginnis_ hey! I got an email back from Poshmark saying that since I closed the claim the sell is final. So I replied back with screen shots of her telling me to close the claim in order to start the exchange. I never made a claim before so I wasn’t sure of the way to handle it.
