hotstylesbykat I wanted to inform you that your package is taking so long because the post office was backed up on Presidents' Day shipping and they didn't offer Monday shipping! Sorry for the inconvenience it usually shouldn't take this long except for on holidays.

hotstylesbykat My other buyer did receive your boots, The best way to handle this situation is to send both of the packages back so I can get this sorted out. I am truly embarrassed that I have done this, I know what It can be like to a buyer. But I truly want to sort this out and send extra items to make up for it.

hotstylesbykat Yes poshmarks guidelines say when the order is incorrect to open a claim and once it is verified you can receive a return label. I have gone onto your claim and explained the situation to poshmark, so they should get back to you tomorrow!

hotstylesbykat @leahmgsb If Poshmark has an option to hold off on the payment till I correct the order, than we can do that. If not, I will repost the item when I receive it and reserve it for you so we can redo the order! Sorry for the complications.
