leah_pizza @smithel18 Hello, I'm sorry the sneakers didn't fit, but unfortunately there is nothing I, personally can do about it. Poshmark doesn't accept returns, which I have zero control over. Shoes are inherently a risky thing to purchase online, if you've never tried that particular style of shoe on. My level of customer service has nothing to do with that but you still rated as a 1 star - I've never gotten anything below a 5 before.To be honest, it crushed me. It's all I could think about all day.

leah_pizza @smithel18 I ordered a pair of shorts the other day, received them and they didn't fit so I'm just going to repost them and try to get some of my money back. I still rated the seller 5 stars and thanked her for my purchase because she did everything she was supposed to do, it wasn't her fault the shorts didnt fit me.

leah_pizza @smithel18 She didn't deceive me in any way. Your best bet would try to sell them for $60-70 to make most of your money back, the sneakers are really popular so you won't have a hard time reselling them. Hope this helps, and you can change your rating up to 30 days past your purchase, if you still feel like I deserve a 1 star for your shoes not fitting, I dont know what I could have done to prevent that from happening
