missleahmun @mamabarth I just went to the post office. It weighs more than the label indicates. I'm going to contact post mark and get a new label. Then re send it out. It's 8lbs. And the label is only good for 5 lbs.

shandov7 Hi, I'm the lady that ordered the black Tignanello purse from you 🙂 I was looking for it to be delivered today. But when I looked at the tracking information it has arrived at the wrong town. I'm a little concerned and confused as to why this would happen. Can you please check on this and make sure it has been sent to my address and not someone else please? I have never seen anything coming to me stop in Travelers Rest SC

missleahmun @shandov7 hi. Ohhh no... I checked everything on my end and it for sure was sent to seneca. I think USPS misplaced it. This has happeked to me before. Ugh..annoying. I am so sorry this happened to you. I will email poshmark and see what they can do. The only package i sent out was yours to SC. So im pretty sure the mail just messed up. Hopefully who ever recieved it will bring it to the post office and it willbe delivered soon. Like i said i will check with poshmark. My apologies!

missleahmun @shandov7 this happens to me frequently. In my town, there are 3 streets named after mine...drive, lane, and way...my mail is always mixed up. I usually get my stuff a day late. I will email poshmark abd we will get it sorted out.

shandov7 @missleahmun What if they just keep the purse? What then? I really wanted it. If I do not get it in a few days I'm gonna need a refund or another item to replace. You can't trust people to bring a package back like that. I'm sorry but I'm a little upset. I need this straightened out

shandov7 As the seller it is your responsibility to check on this when you message Poshmark they will need all information including the purchase# and tracking number. I am sorry I understand it is not your fault per say but I want it straightened out.

shandov7 Ok, so I called myself and straightend everything out. My Post is going to make sure it gets sent to them tomorrow. So don't worry about it. Just leave things the way they are so that it gets here . I'm sorry for me being so upset. It is just I know it needed to be dealt with now and not just wait. Please accept my apologies if I sounded wrong at you I didn't mean to. I'm Sorry🙂
