hollinsprincess I have filed a fraud complaint with Poshmark as you returned a H&M shirt after filing your case instead of the bag that you claimed to be damaged.

hollinsprincess @lushkins I've sent photos to Poshmark. I cannot upload photos here. Size 10, black and white H&M shirt. In a box too small to ever fit the Lo and Son's bag.

lushkins I sent you the bag in the exact same plastic you sent me and in the exact same box. The bag is no longer in my house and I verified the contents of the package before putting on the shipping label.

lushkins @hollinsprincess I appreciate that, but I have 1-2 h&m shirts that were nowhere near the box with the bag. I repackaged the bag, put it in the box, and sealed it. I'll verify again when I get home, but my space is so small that I would've been seeing it at home the last couple of days.

hollinsprincess @lushkins box was sealed with layers of tape. I'm a size 16-18 so if you are insinuating it came from my closet -- it's the closet of my wildest thin dreams.

hollinsprincess @lushkins yes. You are my only seller to ever complain and return an item. I am not a power seller or boutique. Item was in a small Priority Mail USPS Box (I mailed in an Amazon box) taped with the label on it that has your name in the return section, my name in the address section. I sent a photo of that to Poshmark as well.

lushkins @hollinsprincess I wasn't insinuating anything at all. Is it like a zebra pattern across the whole thing? Are you sure you're looking at a return from 11 Edinboro Ter? I didn't use that much tape, either. One piece across the long way and two across the narrow way. Clear tape. Label directly over your original label with the old barcode crossed out with a sharpie.

hollinsprincess @lushkins again. I understand being dissatisfied. But I just wanted a clean return of the bag you chose not to keep. Now I have a shirt I can't wear that definitely doesn't retail for $275 new.

lushkins @hollinsprincess hey there's something terribly wrong. I sent you your bag in the exact same, rather large Amazon box that you had sent me. I always return all items in the exact same box I receive them in. I would never ever try to dupe you or Poshmark in a return, if that's what you're insinuating.

hollinsprincess @lushkins it's your name, your address. H&M. Black and white stripes; no animal print. Shipped in a priority mail USPS box too small for the bag. Securely fastened, no tampering. Ultimately the issue is that I did not receive my bag returned so I had to file a complaint because what arrived at my door is not a Lo and Son's bag but a H&M shirt. I just want the bag back or the money for the sale.

hollinsprincess @lushkins for me- the issue at hand is that I did not receive the bag nor compensation for the sale. I received a shirt. I'm just stating facts. I just want my bag back or the compensation for the sale. Nothing crazy.

hollinsprincess @lushkins while you were dissatisfied with the bag, a real Lo and Son's OMG was sent out to you. Now I'm out of the bag and wasn't compensated, you can see why I'm distressed I hope.

lushkins @hollinsprincess I totally get it. What I'm telling you is that I sent you the purse in the exact same plastic bag and Amazon box that you sent me. I have no USPS boxes that you're describing, and I sent you a previous description of the box I know I mailed you two days ago: No layers upon layers of tape, my label directly on top of yours, sharpie marks across the old barcode. The shirt you're describing also doesn't sound like anything I own.

lushkins @hollinsprincess We'll leave it Poshmark to sort this out. I'm starting to wonder if something went wrong at the post office and they had to repackage something that resulted in items getting mixed up. I don't know. What You're describing is 100% not what I sent. Good luck.

lushkins @hollinsprincess of course I can see why! It's extremely distressing to me too because what you're describing is not at ALL what I sent you. I no longer have the bag, the plastic it came in, or the Amazon box it left my house in. I'm distressed because I don't have this item and now, with this case, might be charged for it.

hollinsprincess @lushkins you sent me two boxes. The first box that arrived on 7/20 was check in by Posh as your return. That is the H&M shirt. The box I recieved today 7/21 was not registered as your official return but did contain the bag. I have notified Poshmark that today's box did include the bag. I will, with my own funds, mail your H&M shirt back to you. I'll try to get it in the post by Monday.
