joliharrington hi, I recently purchased maternity clothes for my daughter Nora in California. I had her address as my shipping address. alexiapatricia1 hello Liah, my name is Alexia and I had received today a package that I haven't purchased. was mail by mistake to me. tge address reads Guadalupe street with your name. but I am not sure I been looking for a Leah and dont know what to do with the package if I send it back I have to pay for the shipping to return it to you and I have nothing to do with it. but mistakes happen and you tell me if it is yours. thank you

leahhilton @alexiapatricia1 hi! I accidentally mixed up your package with somebody else’s. Poshmark is sending you a packing slip for the other person and you will need to send the package that you received, to her. You will not need to pay for shipping and she has already shipped your package back to you. i’m so sorry for the inconvenience.

leahhilton @alexiapatricia1 thank you for understanding. They sent me an email saying this: Two of your recent Poshmark sales were mis-shipped. We have sent new labels to each of the buyers for your two orders to ship the items to each other. We have covered the shipping costs for this order, but please be advised that in the future, each mis-shipped item will be charged a label fee of $7.11.

Per Poshmark's policies, your earnings for each sale will be released to you once the buyers have received their correct items. If, for any reason, the buyers are unable to receive the correct items, they have the right to request a full refund. We understand mistakes happen and we are here to help, but please be extra careful when shipping out your future sales.
