rosiepl1980 @browdart67 I am extremely transparent about the condition of my items as you can see in all the items in my closet and this is the first time I have an issue. in fact my other hermes scarf had 5 star rating because they are in amazing condition. i took detailed pics of the item and it did not have a "snag" anywhere. all I can say is I appologize for the inconvenience. have you asked to send back the item? id love to have it back to sell to another interested buyer. thanx

browdart67 @rosiepl1980 I would like to return it. It is in review with PM now. You stated that the. Shawl was in perfect condition, but there is a big snag running through it and it was born seed on your pictures nor was it disclosed in the description.
