@bgone12 hello! I received the boots today and I was so excited because they were in perfect condition. Then I felt the bottom and the outside soles literally fell apart into a million pieces. Could I please send you a picture? I trust that you were not aware of this.

Please forgive me for this tremendous delay in the problem with the boots. It is 3:25 a.m. and long story short my regular job I've been gone completely and away from any phone or any technology and time to do what needs to be done
with this. I know it sounds like an excuse because it is 1.

@bgone12 hello!! Poshmark actually made everything right with me because it was my first transaction so no worries! I was able to take them to a boot store and they replaced the soles on them with my refund. It was nothing you did or could have helped, they explained that sometimes this happens even with brand new boots as those were. I have been on a trip myself and just saw this!! Thank you so much for responding back to me!!
