leapandfly @leahtay6 thanks for the positive rating. I’m glad you love the coat. I aim to write accurate descriptions and take such explicit pictures and measurements so there are no surprises. I’m bummed that the fit wasn’t what was expected. Were you wanting a button-down coat?

leapandfly @leahtay6 An idea: You could always add a ribbon tie at waist level to the left side panel, to tie to a ribbon on the inside right waist...Like in vintage robes. Then add a button leather loop on the right panel with an interesting carved wood button on the left side to hook over. I trust you will enjoy wearing it. 💖

leahtay6 @leapandfly your description was very accurate and the coat did fit me! I just assumed it was button down because I’ve never seen a wool coat like that without something to keep it closed, but I realize that was my mistake to assume. It also does not look great on me with the belt, but that’s just bad luck... nothing to do with measurements. It’s the risk we take on Poshmark, but I know I could potentially do stuff to make it work. Thanks for the suggestion!
