Have you shipped the Topshop jacket to the correct buyer yet? On my end, it shows you haven’t, but the other buyer has already reshipped your Eberjey pajamas back to you. I ask you kindly to please ship this buyer’s order out ASAP and if you have already, please touch base with your local post office or USPS to see what is going on with the package. I will have to contact Poshmark support if not.

@la594 did you contact USPS to file a claim to see if it was lost in shipment by chance? I let Posh know again that there is no way to contact the other buyer because she never finished setting up her account and you can’t message her anything. Her name on here is winterbrier if by chance you can figure out how to reach out to her on here? I wish I could send screen shots because I would show you what it tells me on my end.

I think you may need to reach out to Posh too. I don’t know what is going on :( I just know I’ve been watching to make sure both of you get your orders and the only thing my account will show me is that she shipped your Eberjeys to you. I can’t even get a tracking number from her cause I can’t message her on here. I’m so frustrated and sorry.
