lucymareex hi leah! you purchased the kylie cosmetics eyeshadow palette from my shop today. unfortunately i was mistaken and uploaded the wrong photos to my shop. i have a similar eyeshadow palette that is the same style in packaging, the only difference is it’s the purple pressed eyeshadow palette.

lucymareex before cancelling your order, i would like to notify you and see if you would be okay in this replacement or if you would like to cancel the order. there is also a similar palette from kylie cosmetics that’s the bronze palette. i can sell that palette for the same price as this burgundy palette you bought today. pls let me know how you would like me to resolve this matter. again, im sorry and hope to hear back from you soon.
