mica101 @cesca56 hey girl just so you know she’s not getting them “free”. They take the payment from her credit card/ bank account whatever payment she is using. Unfortunately it’s just that the sellers are having to wait for payment. The buyer has 3 days to accept the package. If they don’t then by the fourth day poshmark automatically releases payment to the seller

mica101 @cesca56 also what I normally do with new buyers if it is an expensive item then I will not ship it unless I get confirmation back from them that they will be accepting the package and rating upon receipt (not days later). In this case I blocked her so she can’t purchase from me anymore. Good luck and If either of you have any questions let me know .... I’ve been around here for a while so I’ve experienced a lot of these issues 🤷‍♀️😩

pennypooping Hi Leah, I am sorry that you were not happy with the Dr. Marten shoes. I know Poshmark does not encourage returns but I do not have a problem with them. If you open a return with them, I will accept it. Don't wait too long though.
