@mrs_mil okay stay in touch. I’m surprised they haven’t given anything for certificate of authenticity when it went thru their headquarters🙁 bummer.
There should be a return label instantly provided though too!

@_huddz I have requested a refund immediately when I received the item. I’m waiting on Poshmark to send me return label! I cannot accept this item as I do not feel it’s authentic. I am waiting for Poshmark

@mrs_mil Poshmark should have sent you a return label instantly if you decline the package. The authentication process has been completed at the Poshmark headquarters but if you could please contact the support team with another inquiry, they got back to me three times about this case already… this is very frustrating not getting my wallet back if you are having trouble accepting authenticity..,.

@_huddz I’m getting frustrated as well! I told you I immediately requested a Refund and I have contacted Poshmark 4/5 times and they said it’s still under review. I am ready to do the return since day 1.

@_huddz they keep emailing me for photos etc. I keep sending them the same response and pictures. How fuller they send me a return label quickly. I told them you keep contacting me for the return so they need to hurry and send me return label

@mrs_mil ya they literally keep running me around on the same thing too and asking for the order number and it’s got to be the same women helping me on each submission. I’m sorry for the delay, I wish there was something more I could do :/

Worst case scenario is I would bring it to a LV store and have one of the specialists authenticate it or take it to a local pawn shop to have it verified🥴

Or you can accept the order then you can request a return label. I think that’s why it’s not working for us is because you aren’t accepting the package then printing out the return label within the options after first accepting the package.

@mrs_mil is there anyway you could just screenshot what’s wrong with the wallet and send it to them. That’s what they are waiting for them then review the pics.. make sure you accept the package tho to submit the claim. I think that’s why it’s taking so long tbh

@mrs_mil the problem is you need first ACCEPT the package then usually you submit a claim. What’s prolonging the process is the pending case review because the package hadn’t been accepted from the delivery truck. Even tho it says it was on postal service side. So can you just do that then they will approve of the label. After a package is accepted it takes 3 days for funds to transfer so don’t worry I won’t have the money for an additional three days even if I wanted it.
