A seller I was making a deal with suddenly cannot get messages or anything from me and in no way did I do anything or was there any issues. Do you know how I resolve this?

theplansj2911 She keeps sending me discounts but I have no way to access anything in her closet or reply to anything. It won’t allow me to. It’s saying I cannot access this seller at this time and there’s nothing about her not being available or inactivity. It’s just weird. ???? Didn’t know if you knew what I should do. Thanks!!
