ewiegel1 I contacted customer service - have you still not received the package?! I wish you would have contacted me and customer service before rating me with 1 star for a shipping issue out of my control. I take pride in my rating, and reputation here. I’m an ambassador and 1 star affects my stats. I never let issues go unaddressed. It’s unfortunate I wasn’t asked to jump in and try to help. Hopefully customer service has a resolution or you’ve since actually received the package.
