kponce1420 Hi there, I just wanted to ask a question if that is ok? You’ve been a Posher for a while so that’s I’m asking. I recently bought some foundation about 6 days ago. It took the girl 5 days to ship (she said she shipped yesterday) but she said that she just dropped it in the mail slot. I asked about the tracking number and she said I would get it when the post office scanned the package. I haven’t received a tracking number. But isn’t it supposed to be mailed thru priority or something.

lee_leescloset @kponce1420 Hi. Packages are shipped through priority. Most of the time tracking will show up same day or next day. Sometimes the post office makes mistakes and don’t scan it in properly. I have had that happen but it’s not a lot.

lee_leescloset @kponce1420 As a seller, I can mark something as shipped even if I haven’t dropped it off yet. Hopefully that’s not what she is doing but if tracking doesn’t update by the 7th day you can cancel the order. I always check sellers ship time and when the last time they were active or shared their items before I purchase. Maybe that will help on future orders so you don’t buy from someone who waits so long to ship. Sorry you ran into that.
