hypnoticflan I did a little experiment. I put a bag of bbq chips in with the box that the watch box is in. Let me know what the bag looks like when you get it. See if the chips are crushed and the bag is flat.....it’s just an experiment to see how careful they are with the package!

llb2357 @hypnoticflan it does not com up on the android app store as it should. Googling the name has nothing to do with the actually app. Anyone can google the name the app that syncs it is not available.

llb2357 @hypnoticflan zenwatch manager doesn't exist on any platforms so I know it didn't come up when you googled it. I had to take it into the store and they completely wipe, reset, and updated the watch several. That was what needed to happen. That was the only way they were able to get the watch synced. Thankfully they didn't charge me anything there. It's working now so I accepted and rated. Thank you.
