I think they charged me instead of sending it back to you cause it was already at delivery office. It was because you mailed it in a priority express envelope which is 22.95 instead of using a regular priority one. I see this a lot with posh mark mailings due to the unknown. I would recommend you go one usps.com to shipping supplies and order the free priority flat rate padded mailers. There are a set price of $6.80 so there is no room for error. They also send the supplies for free.
