victorias93 Hi! I wanted to contact you about your recent purchase of the american eagle jeans. There is a tiny hole on the back pocket I just noticed while packaging. (Probably a manufacturers defect). Please let me know how I should proceed thank you!

firstletterm The rating is not not for ship time, the rating is for the product. If you look at my closet ship time states, 4 days. I actually shipped it quicker than that. The products I sent were new with tags and packaged so they wouldn’t be damaged in shipment. I really don’t appreciate such a low rating.

leannthurman @firstletterm Yes, the one hook was new and in original packaging however the Brighton item did not have tags and has pitting and dark spots on it. I was not going to comment or complain but since you commented, that is my feedback. Thank you.

firstletterm @leannthurman keep your lies to yourself. The picture is clear as day on my page and stated one is place the the box. Both are in new condition aka NEVER USED. There are no dark spots on neither item. Next time go purchase from the store instead of purchasing on here and tarnish people’s ratings.
