morganfeltner Hi I made a purchase on aug 17 of dr scholl’s shoes, I received a purse. I’m having trouble with CS because they keep asking me to make a account (which I’ve done) but my purchase history is empty. It’s a nice purse (I don’t need) I’m hoping to return to you incase it was a mix up so it can go to the correct person. Do you know anything on your end?

momandpappy @morganfeltner I have been sending you messages fora week about the color of shoes that you wanted with no response from you so I could not send them. But, when the young lady ordered the purse Poshmark sent me the wrong label so you got the purse instead of the shoes. Can you please send that back as wrong item sent & let me know which color shoes you want the pink or the blue pair & I will send them right out to you. Sorry about the inconvenience.

morganfeltner @momandpappy that’s strange I never received any messages I’ll check thru my junk mail. Poshmark did just issue me a refund, but if you have the purse sold to someone else I’ll send it back. I had wanted the blue shoes but thought the sale was for both. I’ll check my junk emails a continue correspondence through the emails. Thanks

momandpappy @morganfeltner Yes, I know they did not issue you a refund due to I asked them to give you a few more days to answer me about the color. So as long as I did not cancel the order you would not receive a refund. But we are good
