You made a huge mistake and hurt my reputation as many of your friends came into my boutique asking about the shawl/shawls. I spent a lot of time and energy trying to reach you to straighten out your misunderstanding and found you had blocked me. I found comments in people's closets and tried to reply thru that method but it blocked me also. A month ago I managed to have sent a message telling you that you needed to contact me

Leanne. I'm not sure what you are doing. I've had your shawl 4 months and your only attempt to have it shipped a week ago. I've written to you over that period without a reply. I've asked you the last three days for your mailing address and even gave you my email so your information would stay private.
