Let me start with and apology I have been away taking care of 98 year old father in another state while I was away my niece had been keeping my store running for several weeks. I have just returned and found out the only problem she had was that it took her 3 days to find your item as it had fallen behind something else. She told me when she found item she added some free gifts and extra shells to your order but never communicated this to you about delay.
