Hi VERY CONFUSED just wondering why one star and "could improve"on the coach sneakers that you only paid $15 for ,They were exactly as pictured and described there were 12 pictures -shipped next day !! we count on those ratings - can I ask why please ??

@leathea_p it was very unfair and if there was a problem she could have come to me first or sent them back I would have been more than happy to have had chance to take them back or resolve any issue
I checked those sneakers before sending they exactly what is in the pictures that is why I put up many pictures and describe well
