Good morning I have a question I have somebody that wants to purchase one of my purses for $140 and her listing shows nothing doesn’t show that she’s ever given love notes or taken love notes she doesn’t have any listed can I be getting scammed? Or is it safe to ship out the purse? She doesn’t have a picture she doesn’t have anything listed it says that she’s been on posh Mark since 2017

@22mamabear22 Hello, I have been selling for two years now and from my experiences, the situation you described is perfectly fine. Some people just use PM to purchase something they really want. They are not frequent users of the app and probably made an account to just purchase that item.

Around 1/3 of the buyers that I have encountered don’t have a profile pic or anything listed in their closet, or gave love notes, and I have not had an issue. That being said, just made sure you have taken good picture and have all the right size measures and damages listed. That way, if they try to open a case against you, then you have all the evidence you need on your side.

@22mamabear22 I have had a few items returned to me (wrong fit) and everything worked out fine. I just resold them. However, I have heard of situations when an item is returned, and it is in worse conditions than when the seller shipped it on. That’s where the pictures come in handy. Sometimes, buyers will mark an item as “lost”, and in those situations, PM will refund both the buyer and seller. Good luck and happy Poshing!!
