vickilynngates I haven't tried it yet but my son who is more computer savy then I am and I think he found the solution to my problem. Because I couldn't get my labels I put myself on vacation because I couldn't sell now I'll find out if I can take off the vacation notice so I can sell again. Hope you are having a good day.
