allthatgrace I am so sorry the blazer you purchased didn't fit. I put that H&M runs different and the measurements were provided. It's bust was 14 which lets you know it's pretty small. I never washed the item for it to shrink as you suggested. As a reseller my lively hood is based on reviews. You should base my review off of the item. How it looks, how was it packaged, how it was presented. Not based on if it fit. Please consider these things when giving a review. Thank you and have a blessed day.
