I am sorry it took me so long to get the measurements for the aqua blue Tahari Dress. It measures 34 Inches, it’s very stretchy, so , it easily stretches at least 2-3 Inches, Having wicked storms in Dallas, now, the main expressway is shut down. That’s what took me so long
