lmwd3 @regsmatt there is a hole in the cashmere sweater, which you listed as in “excellent condition”. You asked that I mail the items back but didn’t say anything about refunding my money. I’d prefer to wait until I hear from Poshmark before we do anything further. I’m sure they’ll respond soon.

stephaniescs1 Was there a problem with your order? I’m curious why you gave such a poor review with no info as to why? Sweater was in good condition with lots of pictures. Packaged nicelet and shipped within 1 business day. If there is an issue it should be communicated. Thanks.

lmwd3 @stephaniescs1 You’re right, I should have added a comment. I was on the go and realizing that seller doesn’t get paid until I “ accept” (or 3 days later), I was trying to be responsive on that. The sweater seems stretched/ mid-shapen and had a very strong odor. Not sure if it was cigarette smoke, or something else, but definitely unpleasant. So that’s why I was less than excited when I received it.

lmwd3 @kokoon007 I was on a business trip when the dress arrived and got home one day after the three day limit I apparently have to open a case if there is an issue. I contacted Poshmark and they were completely unwilling to do a refund. If you are willing to do that outside the Poshmark system I would appreciate it and am happy to return the dress. Please let me know.

Pls check the shipping- it says it is finally in Chicago... it’s just nuts that it took nearly 2 weeks to get there from Boston!
