don't go offering low ball offers, especially when you can't figure out a way to pay. it's really inconvenient for sellers to A) be offered way more then half of what is being reasonably asked and then also get 20% taken away
B) have to relist the item again and try to explain why to other potential buyers why it sold once before (they always assume it's a faulty item)
