rain Hi, just received your ratings and complaints. I am a little confused on why you are making such complaints. (1)shipping time is est 2.8 days. Meaning I will ship in 2-3 bd in which I did. (2) cleanliness, all items are wholesaled (NEVER used/worn). They are packed same day delivered or comes prepackaged. (3) packaging, you didn't like the pink mailer or thank you card? (4) responsiveness, you have NEVER made any inquiries to me. As you can see, I am very responsive.
